Each client completes a medical screening prior to treatment to determine clinical appropriateness, and dosing (500 mg or 750 mg) is selected based on individual goals and provider assessment. The 750 mg option reflects a higher total amount of NAD+ and extended infusion time, which accounts for the increased cost.
